Cancellation Policy
Custom Development Projects
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund of any advance payments if cancelled within 48 hours of contract signing
- During Development: Client may cancel at any project milestone. Payment for completed work is non-refundable
- After 25% Completion: No refund available, but completed work will be delivered
Consulting Services
- Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled consultation
- Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Rescheduling available with 24-hour advance notice
Ongoing Services
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- Annual contracts require 60 days notice for cancellation
- Prepaid services are prorated for unused periods

- Services already delivered and accepted by the client
- Third-party costs and licenses already procured for the project
- Custom development work that has been delivered and is functional

- Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable
- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
Refund Timeline
- Refund approval/denial notification: 5-7 business days
- Processing approved refunds: 7-14 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days depending on bank
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be considered:
- When a project is partially completed before cancellation
- If service delivery is significantly below agreed specifications
- For subscription services with unused portions
- In cases of mutual agreement between client and Smart Techno It Solution
Dispute Resolution
